Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Williamstown, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Replace existing roof top equipment and supply new equipment to provide air conditioning to occupied spaces. Consultant to provide mechanical design brief for approval by UCDSB prior to proceeding with design drawing and specification package. Equipment to be connected to existing building automation system. To offset AC utilities cost, install approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array. Replace and upgrade Main Electrical service to support new equipment. Phase project to cause least impact to building users. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner. Question Deadline: September 29, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM (EDT). *Budget is unreleased.
