Request for information: Must be sent to the person in charge at least three business days before the deadline for receiving bids Description of the subject: The purpose of this contract is to cover all work performed by the supplier at Hydro-Québec's request for snow removal at the locations listed in Appendix 1 - List of facilities in this document, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the supply and transportation of all material and human resources, including labor, materials, equipment, tools, and machinery required for snow removal and transportation de-icing and spreading of appropriate de-icing products and abrasives, snow removal and de-icing of vehicles identified by a traffic sign, as well as cleaning and restoration of Hydro-Québec locations, all as further described in the special technical clauses (STC) for each group in this contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
