Project Scope of Work Statement The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a one-time contract with a design-build firm to provide all labor, administration, design, equipment, materials, permitting and construction of the pickleball courts. In response to growing community demand and the popularity of pickleball, the City seeks to expand park amenities by adding covered pickleball courts. These must be accessible and aesthetically pleasing covered pickleball courts that blend with the park s environment. Respondents shall submit pricing, accompanied by a conceptual design which includes equipment listing and specifications. The cost for Civil site design/permitting and construction for the related site improvements shall also be included in this Contract. The design-build firm shall be responsible for final grading within the limits of the pickleball courts and related improvements construction. Respondents may submit more than one conceptual plan with their proposal.
