Furnish materials and labor to complete the Bloomingburg Joint Fire District HVAC Improvements Project. This project involves minor ductwork modifications, replacement of hydronic hot water heating coils in (2) existing AHUs, relocation of (2) existing tankless gas water heaters, removal of (3) existing oil-fired hot water boilers, installation of (3) new oil-fired hot water boilers, and minor piping modifications. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in form acceptable to Owner, shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount. The Bloomingburg Joint Fire District reserves the right to waive any informality in submitted bids, reject any or all bids, and to award contracts on its determination of the lowest responsible bidder.
