Serpent Mound Garage Reconstruction Project The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Final date to send questions is Thursday, September 25 at 12:00 p.m. Contract Time and Liquidated damages/project schedule o Substantial Completion: 180 days; Final Completion: 195 days o Liquidated Damages: $750/day o Completion Date: Site must be occupiable and returned to Owner by April 1. Final completion must be by this date. Direct all questions and comments in writing to the OHC Project Manager: Ms. Sara Vandenbark svandenbark@ohiohistory.org The final date questions are due to the Architect (if you wish to guarantee answer in final Addendum is: Thursday, October 2 at 12:00 noon. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond are required as defined in the Contract Documents. Prevailing wage rates for Adams County as determined by the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Safety will be applicable to this Work.
