This RFI is for discovery and information gathering of potential business clients and/or current airport tenants having interest in leasing additional space at Cecil Airport and Spaceport. Question Deadline 10/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this RFI must be received for consideration. Construction consists of a substructure of spread footings, isolated pad footings, and or a SOG with a superstructure consisting of either reinforced concrete and/or structural steel framing with load-bearing CMU walls. The predominant façade sidewall system consists of metal panel cladding and rib split CMU and painted concrete masonry walls. The roofing consists of both low-sloped and pitched roofs with modified bitumen and/or a corrugated metal panel system with an elastomeric coating, with drainage by internal drains or metal gutters and leaders. Cooling is primarily provided by chillers and AHUs and grade-mounted split systems. The hangars are provided with supplemental heat via ceiling-hung, hydronic heaters. Electrical service enters the buildings from grade-mounted transformers and consists of multiple, 480Y/277-volt, 3-phase services. The Subject is provided with a wet-pipe sprinkler system and a central alarm for fire protection. There is no vertical transportation.
