Site work and paving for a civil project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
This item shall govern the demolition, removal and satisfactory disposal of existing Portland cement concrete, as classified, at locations indicated on the Drawings or as directed by the Engineer or designated representative. This specification is applicable for projects or work involving either inch-pound or SI units. Within the text inchpound units are given preference followed by SI units shown within parentheses. Questions shall be submitted via email to tracee.metterle@capmetro.org by no later than October 6, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Report No. AG 22 10167.4.1 Scope of Services CapMetro owns a 25-acre undeveloped property located at 10805 Cameron Road, Austin, Texas 78754, which is the site for the future North Base Demand Response Facility and Centralized Warehouse. Phase 1 of the project scope includes offsite roadway, drainage, and utility improvements within the ROW and onsite rough-cut excavations, soils haul-off, and stormwater detention improvements. Incidental construction such as field setup, temporary traffic control, and environmental control measures are also included in the scope of work of Phase 1.
