Elementary School Mechanical System Replacement Project Description: The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete all scope of work described in the project package to install a new hybrid mechanical system and controls FOLLOWED BY selective demolition of the old system, including the old boiler. Cutting and patching is part of this scope. Removal of the old chimney is not. Electrical service upgrade is not part of the scope, though tying into that system is. The work occurs entirely at the Gervais Elementary School (150 Douglas Avenue, Gervais, OR 9726)Main Building (not the 3 auxiliary buildings).The project is estimated to cost $1,300,000. The district reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public procurement procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the district it is in the public interest to do so.
