The City of Las Vegas ("Owner") hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor ("Applicants"), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the New West Las Vegas Art Center and Theater Remodel Project ("Project") located at 951 Lake Mead Blvd. Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin December 2025 and construction is anticipated to begin July 2026, with estimated completion July 2027.
