McGill Park Phase 2B (the "Project"), consisting of site grading, parking lot construction, installation of underground utilities, construction of bocce courts, playground area, stream restoration, and an owner-supplied shelter house as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by EMH&T, Inc.
