Janitorial Services at the Prince Frederick Maintenance Facility This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland ("State"): to provide daily janitorial services at the Prince Frederick Maintenance Facility, located in Calvert County Maryland. Janitorial service for the State Highway Administrations Prince Frederick Maintenance Facility will include daily cleaning of approximately 4,710 square ft one story building.The areas to be cleaned consist of the front office with vestibule, 5 private offices, conference room, kitchenettes (2), lunchroom, locker room, team leader area, and four bathrooms, three (3) have shower areas.
