Scope of work The project as more fully described in the attached plans, focuses on preventing backflow and expanding the stormwater capacity of the g-2 and g-11 canal service areas. Improvements include culvert improvements, backflow prevention, flood storage augmentation, flow equalization and additional gravity flow outfall(s), etc. The city is to implementing the project in a phased approach with proceeding with the design and permitting of the group a improvements listed below: O backflow protection and culvert improvements on g2 and g11 at knapp avenue O n old county/edgewater storage/pearl street culvert connection O storage facility at 135 wildwood avenue O culvert improvements at highlands avenue O culvert improvements at oakridge avenue O storage facility and culvert improvements at 310 canal road These group a improvements will address existing conveyance in efficiencies and limited basin formal storage utilizing existing city owned lands to maximize the conveyance and storage abilities of the system. Prior to making an offer, the vendor shall have met the license, certification, and any other requirements of the state, county, city and/or other agency of authority with jurisdiction in such matters and should provide copies of documentation that evidence such qualifications with the response to the solicitation; and, that the vendor shall provide follow-up evidence that the vendor maintains such credentials throughout the period of the agreement.
