Project Description: This project will repair the overhead coiling fire doors in the Seattle Justice Center, which are reaching the end of their service life. The scopes of work include but are not limited to: 1. Replacement of overhead door operators as shown on plans. 2. Installation of access panels as shown on plans. 3. Patching and repairs to openings created to install door operators. 4. Paint and finish to match adjacent finishes.
