Blasting may be required. However, mining staff at Mines may be able to perform blasting as a cost savings during negotiations. See Bid Alternate (SBP-6.131). Please provide alternate pricing for contractor to provide blasting services. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State.
