The City of Emerado, North Dakota, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors or firms to provide Water System Operations and General City Maintenance Services under a service agreement. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: * Operation and maintenance of the municipal water distribution system and Wastewater/Lagoon System * Water testing and compliance reporting. * Hydrant flushing, inspection and testing * Repair and emergency response for water system issues. * Water Shut Off for delinquent accounts * General city maintenance such as street repairs and snow removal. Proposals must include company information, experience, staffing plan, equipment/resources, references, pricing, and proof of insurance/licensing. The anticipated contract term is minimum of 1 year, with the possibility of renewal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and negotiate terms with the selected contractor.
