Potential bidders are required to submit a completed pre-qualification questionnaire and financial statement. Locations- Walnut Elementary 581 Dena Dr Newbury Park, CA 91320 Maple Elementary1135 Kimber Dr Newbury Park, CA 91320 Lang Ranch Elementary 2450 Whitechaple Pl Thousand Oaks, CA 91362 PN-MP25/26-317-LRE Lang Ranch - 3 units All modifications required for a complete fully functional system to be included in this bid o Replace existing rooftop package air conditioning units. Replace with same capacity, features and options. Acceptable brands are Carrier, York only (District Standard). o Replace thermostats. Add locking cover. Venstar T4950SCH-IAQ o Include curb adaptors as necessary in your bid o Provide all cranes/rigging as necessary to R & R units on roof. Crane hours cannot exceed 7:00PM on weekdays nor before 8:00AM on Saturday. This school cannot have work done on Sundays. o Provide new Disconnects/Breakers and Seal-tite conduits for both Line voltage and T-Stats. Provide new wiring as needed for new connection locations. If new wires are required, pull new from source to disconnects. No j-boxes are to be used. (line voltage) o Awarded contractor will be responsible for a complete system including all roof and wall modifications, repairs (framing/drywall/stucco and paint with no change orders unless designated by District. o All work will be completed by 12/31/2025. o All work is to be performed after-hours or weekends only. Make accommodation's in your bid to include these wage rates. o Roofs, Rooms and exteriors are to be cleaned up of ALL debris and materials on a daily basis to eliminate possible injury to students and staff. Use caution tape or temp fencing where students and/or staff congregate. Contractor will be notified immediately and back-charged for all clean-up required by District. o Secure and provide Certified Air Balance Report for outside air certification prior to District acceptance. Walnut School - 3 Units o Replace existing split air conditioning units including FAU, cooling coil and condensing unit. Replace with same capacity, features and options. Acceptable brands are Carrier or York only (District Standard). Replace 1 HP unit @ MPR (HP-1) o All new condensing units are to be installed so they discharge away from buildings and away from other units o All modifications required for a complete fully functional system to be included in this bid. o Confirm all piping underground is sound and free of leaks. Replace if necessary. o Replace electrical disconnects and wiring modifications if required for new units. o Make all necessary modifications to gas piping, venting and condensate piping as necessary. o Replace thermostat. Add locking cover. Venstar T4950SCH-IAQ o Provide new Disconnects/Breakers and Seal-tite conduits for both Line voltage and T-Stats. Provide new wiring as needed for new connection locations. If new wires are required, pull new from source to disconnects. No j-boxes are to be used. (line voltage) o Add economizer plenum. ProVent MB-TM Series or equal. Adjust and certify minimum outside air has been set. (Air Balance Report) o Replace condensing unit Security Cage to fit new condenser footprint. Match new to existing Security Cage materials. o Replace ALL refrigerant piping as required at new units. o Awarded contractor will be responsible for a complete system including all ductwork and wall modifications, repairs (framing/drywall/stucco/t-bar tiles/grid and paint with no change orders unless designated by District. o All work will be completed by 12/31/2025. o All work is to be performed after-hours or weekends only. Make accommodation in your bid to include these alternate wage rates. o Rooms and exteriors are to be cleaned up of all debris and materials on a daily basis to eliminate possible injury to students and staff. Use caution tape or temp fencing where students and/or staff congregate. Contractor will be notified immediately and back-charged for all clean-up required by District. o Units that are removed are to be taken off site the same day.
