County Public Works Plumbing Replacement for the following Bid Packages: BP#02A Selective Demolition BP#06A Millwork/Casework BP#09A Painting BP#09B Flooring BP#09C Drywall BP#9D Acoustical BP#10 Misc. Specialties BP#22A Plumbing BP#23A HVAC The firm must have successfully completed no less than two (2) projects of similar size and complexity within the last five (5) years. Firms must be licensed by the State of Florida for the work they are to perform. Firms must also be acceptable to Lee County Public Works and Chris-Tel Construction The Owner and Chris-Tel Construction reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities and informalities and to reject any or all bids for any reason.
