If a scanned copy of the Bid Bond is uploaded, the original notarized bid bond must be produced "on-demand" per the Owner's request with any required post-bid submissions The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause, in accordance with LA R.S. 382214 (B)(1). Construction contract duration shall be 240 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day.
