Re-pointing work on the rear row. (Type 1 work) .2 The dismantling and reconstruction of the clay brick cladding up to the attic and the addition of anchoring in the identified areas. (Type 2 work) .3 The replacement of the window sills indicated on the plan. (Type 3 work) .4 Replacement of lintels as indicated on the plans. (Type 4 work) .5 Replacement of windows. (Type 5.1-5.2-5.3 work). .6 Repair of the concrete staircase on the right side, north elevation. (Type 6 work) .7 Restoration of the foundations and application of new plaster coating. (Work type 7) .8 Repair of the indicated sealant joints.
