Project No: 24010284 The project is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction Services for the Camp Creek Middle School Replacement, located at 4345 Welcome All Road, College Park, GA 30349. Specific duties are detailed in Section 00700 - General Conditions and Section 001149 - Project Summary & Directory. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed proposals consisting of one original, seven copies, and a flash drive to the Capital Program Contracts office. Proposals must be received by the specified date and time according to the FCS Capital Program Contracts office time clock; late proposals will not be considered. Offerors are responsible for ensuring they have complete proposal documents including all addenda provided by the Owner prior to submission. Offerors should register their company with FCS's vendor database via the Capital Program Contracts website. Proposal documents may be obtained electronically for $50.00 or in print for $975.00 from the designated contact at CDH Partners. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 401-26" and the submission date, with the Offeror's name and address on the outside.
