Remodeling of an educational facility in Fayetteville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed proposals from General Contractors will be received for the Fayette Life Academy - Gutter & Downspout Replacement, 450 Grady Avenue, Fayetteville, Georgia, Fayette County, 30214. Only bids received from Contractors registered with the Architect will be accepted. The contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on the date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Project Location: 450 Grady Avenue, Fayetteville, Georgia30214 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The Work at Fayette Life Academy consists of demolition and replacement of gutters andmdownspouts, partial roof membrane replacement, and demolition and replacement of a walkway cover.
