Project work is limited within the Drew Park CRA District within the right of way along Lois and Grady Avenues (W Crest Ave to W Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd). Using existing site plans to Replace and maintain trees and landscaping as per the audit recommendations, relocate existing landscaping where necessary to optimize space and functionality, redesign and upgrade the irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use and support new plantings, and modify plant species to enhance ecological benefits and aesthetic appeal. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Tampa Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
