Solicitation Id: NE-04 Assistance is needed with real estate tasks for the resurfacing of STH 76. Real estate services for a perpetuation project located along STH 76 (Jackson Street) between Murdock Avenue to IH 41 in Winnebago County. Provide turn-key acquisition including introduction letters, review of title work, encroachment removal letters and revocable occupancy permits, sales study/data book, Nominal Payment Parcel Report, Nominal Parcel Acquisition (Blitz) Meeting, appraisals as needed, negotiations including all READS input and offering packages, closing out parcel files to include recording of all documents, W-9 information, send six-month/two-year deed letters, and complete a final audit verifying that all information is in READS at the end of the project. A final plat is not anticipated until February 2026. Approximately 29 parcels are anticipated, mostly TLEs with some having additional fee areas attached. Two of the appraisals will be on railroad parcels and are not included in the 29 parcels to be acquired.
