Project 4085-71-20 is a modernization and rehabilitation project, approximately 1.44 miles along STH 32, from STH 67 to 7th Street, in the city of Kiel, Manitowoc County. The final plat is anticipated January 2026. Approximately 116 parcels are anticipated, impacts will include TLE and FEE areas. Project 4085-71-21 is a modernization and rehabilitation project, approximately 0.11 miles along STH 32, from Sheboygan Street to CTH AA, in the city of Kiel, Manitowoc County. The final plat is anticipated January 2026. Approximately 14 parcels are anticipated, impacts will include TLE and FEE areas. Project 4085-71-22 is a modernization and rehabilitation project, approximately 0.11 miles along STH 32, from Sheboygan Street to CTH AA, in the city of Kiel, Manitowoc County. It includes the relocation of a single family residential owner-occupied property and oversee the raze and removal of the structure. A final plat is anticipated for October of 2025. This will be an early buyout of one parcel.
