Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for roofing repair services for the City's Traffic Engineering (TE) Facility. The TE facility - located at 26 Woods Lake Road - includes two buildings, a main office building and a separate warehouse building. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new 60-mil TPO Membrane Roof System over the existing metal roofs of both buildings. The work includes preparation, insulation, membrane installation, flashing, edge metal, and drainage components. Questions regarding the bid may be sent to purchasing_bids-rfps@greenvillesc.gov. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., October 8, 2025. M/WBE GOALS AND BID REQUIREMENTS City believes it is in the community’s best interest to assist minority- and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) to develop fully, in furtherance ofthe City’s policies and programs which are designed to promote balanced economic and community growth. City adopts the State ofSouth Carolina’s goal for participation of M/WBEs: 10% of annual controllable procurement expenditures, which are defined as agreements between the City and its contractors to provide or procure labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to, for, or on behalf ofthe City.
