Reference Number 0000399003 This work generally entails providing all labor, materials, equipment and related services to perform asphalt deep patching, associated street utility adjustments, milling, leveling, asphalt resurfacing and re-striping on various city streets The project shall be Substantially Complete within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $500 per day will be assessed for each calendar day for which the completion of the project is delayed beyond the 60 calendar days; except for quantifiable weather events or delays due to city actions.
