The work includes all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform Port Operations; Facility Management; Facility Investment; Custodial; Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM); Swimming Pools; Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping; Utilities Management; Electrical; Wastewater; Steam; Water; Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE); and Environmental services. This requirement is performance-based and will be executed under a Facilities Support Indefinite-Quantity contract, competitively procured using FAR Part 15 procedures. No questions will be answered at the site.
