Site work for a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Water Plant No. 2 Expansion including construction of one (1) 333,600-gallon concrete ground storage tank (GST) with foundation; one (1) 1,800 gpm transfer pump and foundation; installation of down-blast ventilation system at one (1) proposed GST; one 800 SCFM centrifugal blower and foundation; installation of aeration grid system at one (1) proposed GST; onsite plant piping, valves, fittings, thrust blocks, pipe supports, pressure testing, and bacteriological testing; protective coatings for all facilities; demolition of 180 LF of existing 8-foot (8') CMU fencing; construction of 354 LF of 8-foot (8') CMU fencing and one (1) 15-foot (15') slide gate; electrical and control work; site grading; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items needed for a completely functional water plant facility, as specified and as shown in the drawings.
