The City of Gatlinburg is accepting sealed bids on the installation of a replacement chain link fence and certain gates for the City of Gatlinburg Wastewater Treatment Plant. Any questions regarding the project specifications should be directed to Dale Phelps with the Utility Department at 865-436-4681 or dphelps@gatlinburgtn.gov. Address bids and/or inquiries to Delea Patterson, AP/Purchasing, Gatlinburg City Hall, 912 East Parkway or P.O. Box 5, Gatlinburg, Tennessee, 37738 or can be walked in at City Hall, 1230 Parkway East, Suite 2 on the day of, Telephone Number (865) 436-1409. Vendors must possess all the necessary licenses and insurances required for performing this type of project. We are not requiring a bid bond or equivalent with the bid but reserve the right to require a performance bond from winning bidder. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City.
