Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following improvements for the city of Tyler, Texas VES parking lot replacement area d the project includes: installation of approximately 3,118 square yards of 8" reinforced concrete including removal of existing concrete and asphalt as well as addition of 2 storm inlets and reinforced concrete pipe.
