The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals, through a competitive process, for the replacement of multiple air conditioning units at various facilities, which all have reached the end of their useful life. Following receipt of proposals, Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) may, at its discretion, elect to shortlist to a select few to participate in the interview stage of the selection process. It is the intent of EMWD to receive responses to the RFP and, if appropriate, conduct individual interviews in order to select a Company which, in the opinion of EMWD, is best suited to perform the work. The purpose of this RFP, therefore, is to provide EMWD with the information necessary in order to select the most advantageous Proposer. The terms and conditions contained herein constitute a full and complete understanding of the parties.
