The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of three seasons from its effective date. The probable start date for services is 1 November 2025. IMPORTANT NOTICES Please note: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents to comply with amendments to the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies, which came into force on 20 March 2025. We invite you to carefully read all contractual documentation to familiarise yourself with the changes that have been made. Diesel fuel price adjustment Please note that the contract covered by this call for tenders provides for an adjustment to the price of diesel fuel. The terms and conditions of this adjustment are set out in the Supplementary Instructions and the Supplementary General Conditions. The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, as a result, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically through the SEAO. Authorisation to contract/Revenu Quebec certification Bidders are strongly advised to submit their application for a Revenu Quebec certificate and, where applicable, their application for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Bidders and/or the Supplementary Instructions. CONTRACT TERM The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a term of three seasons from its effective date. The probable start date for services is 1 November 2025. BID SECURITY No bid security is required. All bidders should note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Corporation may reject any bid submitted by that bidder to the Corporation for the next two years. CONDITIONS Only bids that meet the following conditions will be considered: 1- The bidder must have a permanent place of business, clearly identified by its name and accessible during normal business hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 2- Requirement for Quebec or Canadian services The services provided by the successful bidder must be Quebec or Canadian services, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Additional Instructions. Bidders should note that a site visit will be conducted by the Company's project manager. Interested bidders must arrive at 10:00 a.m. on 30 September 2025 at 25 Martigny Street, Saint-Jerome, Quebec J7Y 4Z1. No verbal information provided to any bidder during this meeting shall be binding on the Company. The public opening of tenders shall take place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders.
