The work consists of the following: Replacement of existing 200 ton gas-fired absorption chiller with a 300 ton modular water cooled chiller at the H. Lee Dennison Building (C0140), located. The new work will include disconnection and removal of the existing chiller, rigging and installation of the new modular chiller, installation of electrical feeder to power the new chiller, and controls integration of the new chiller into the existing building management system (BMS). CONTRACT NO.1 - GENERAL CONSTRUCTION . This Project is to be bid as a single prime project and a Project Labor Agreement is in effect in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions. Bidders shall submit with their bids, a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each as applicable, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting (i.e., Plumbing Work), (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus (i.e., HVAC Work which includes fire sprinkler) and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures (i.e., Electrical Work).
