The Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library will receive separate, sealed bids for the construction contract for the Boiler Replacement Project to the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library building located at 1125 Broadway, Hewlett, New York 11557. Bid security in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder in an amount equal to 5% (five percent) of the total amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Removal of existing hot water boilers (qty 2) and associated equipment & devices 2. Removal of existing hot water circulator pumps (qty 4) and associated equipment & devices 3. Installation of new hot water boilers (qty 2) and all required associated equipment & devices to allow for fully functional system 4. Installation of new hot water circulator pumps (qty 4) and all required associated equipment & devices to allow for fully functional system 5. All associated electrical work & devices to allow for fully functional system 6. All associated natural gas piping work & devices to allow for fully functional system 7. All associated control wiring work & devices to allow for fully functional system - including "tie-in/interface" to building's existing BAS System
