The work for the Sam Wise Youth Complex Renovation Phase 4 project includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction. Work includes approximately (43) parking lot light poles, (32) pathway luminaires, all corresponding electrical and pole base work, 911 dialer systems; and a four-year maintenance bond. Work to commence approximately 11/10/2025 and be substantially complete by 3/13/2026. 1. Site Lighting (Light Poles/Fixtures, Electrical, Pole bases) Submissions may be withdrawn by submitter upon written request to Opus any time prior to the submission deadline. Opus and/or the Owner will review and evaluate all submitted Statement of Qualification forms in accordance with the criteria outlined within the forms. Submissions that meet or exceed the minimum qualifications will be approved as a sub-bidder for the project. Submissions must be complete with all sections filled out properly to be considered. The acceptance of the Statement of Qualification (SOQ) form by Opus and/or the Owner does not indicate the guarantee of a contract being awarded to the submitter.
