Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 7925 Winchester Blvd Queens Village, NY 11427, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to replace rooftop units (RTUs) and make-up air units (MAUs) Building 41 (Kitchen) is a single-story addition to Building 40 (Main Hospital) and serves as the nutritional service kitchen and associated office space. The building utilizes roof mounted HVAC systems, all of which require replacement due to age or performance issues. The work includes removal and replacement of the following: 1. RTU-1 (Cold Food Preparation and Offices) 2. RTU-2 (Tray Line Area) 3. MAU-1 (Warewash Area) 4.
