Beaverdam WWPS Improvements The project is generally described as: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for upgrades to the Beaverdam Wastewater Pump Station (WWPS), including but not limited to, demolition of the existing drywell piping and pumps, miscellaneous demolition in the grinder room, demolition at the exterior junction box, bypass pumping, installation of new drywell piping, valves, and fittings, installation of three (3) new sewage pumps, installation of a new sluice gate in the exterior junction box, concrete improvements for the grinder room, concrete coating for the wetwell and grinder room, and other appurtenances in Hanover County, VA. All work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents, even those presented during both meetings shall be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER, Dewberry, ATTN: Ryan Bogese, PE (rbogese@dewberry.com), PH: (804)767-4706. In order to receive consideration, all questions should be received by the ENGINEER prior to 12:00 P.M., October 10, 2025. A Bid Security of 5% shall be required of Bids $100,000 and greater. A Performance and Payment Bond, each equaling 100% of the contract amount shall be required of a CONTRACT that is $100,000 and greater. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 90 calendar days. At the end of the 90 days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the Bidder.
