The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is seeking to engage a qualified design firm to enter into an agreement to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the design of the subdivision of the entirety of the 9th Floor of Building 303 (40,000 SF), as well as for the subsequent fit out of one (1) turn-key office space, one (1) turn-key life sciences wet lab OR advanced manufacturing space with an ISO 7 clean room, and one (1) shared amenities space.
