Powell School, 225 Main Street, Cedarville, New Jersey 08311. a. The Project includes window replacement throughout the building as shown on the construction documents. New window systems shall be fixed over projected units and each window shall have a new shade installed as detailed in the construction documents. All existing louvers, and pipe penetrations through existing window panels are to be removed, salvaged and reinstalled in new window assemblies. The scope also includes the scraping and painting of the existing lintels at each opening and security screens where shown in the construction documents. Refer to the construction drawings and specifications for a complete scope of work. b. All work to be performed in a classroom to classroom manner. Remove and dispose of existing windows including sash, frame, trim and other related products. Remove existing through-window mechanical louvers, piping & conduit and salvage for reinstallation. Clean area of all dirt and dust. c. Install all components of new window system in a professional manner, including subframe, panning, trim and shades inside and outside enclosures, ceiling tile supports and windows. Completely seal exterior perimeter of new windows as indicated on the drawings. d. See the Asbestos Abatement Work Plan prepared by TTI Environmental, Inc. for the abatement work that is included in this project.
