For construction of the SCADA System Upgrades Phase ll - 216th Intertie, 300 & 700 Zone Reservoirs, and Lift Station 10. Work to be performed includes: SCADA System Upgrades Phase II for the 700 and 300 Zone Reservoirs, the 216th Intertie and Lift Station 10 (Project). The Contract award will be based on the bid for the combined total for Schedules A, B, C and D and other criteria specified m the Instructions to Bidders. Consistent with Chapter 39.12 ROW, prevailing wages shall be paid; all Work performed on this project will be subject to the Washington State prevailing wage rates. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington and the City of Sammamish Sewer and Water District Summer 2025 SCADA System Improvements phase II. Each bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit m cash, certified check, cashier s check, postal money order, or Surety bond m an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of such bid Proposal. Checks shall be made payable to the Northeast Sammamish Sewer and Water District. Should the successful bidder fa il to enter into such contract for the Project and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the Instruction to Bidders, the Bid Proposal Deposit shall be forfeited to the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw' their Proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days.
