Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority "LRWRA", serving as the Lead Agency in partnership with Core Trust Purchasing Group, is issuing this solicitation for Wastewater Treatment Chemicals, Related Services, and Supplies on behalf of a nationwide cooperative purchasing contract. This solicitation is a Best Value RFP, meaning proposals will be evaluated not solely on cost but on the overall value, including quality, technical capability, past performance, and the ability to meet cooperative contract needs.
