The Loup City Airport Authority (Sponsor) is hereby soliciting Statement of Qualifications from consultants for airfield development projects that are anticipated to occur within the next five Federal fiscal years 2026 to 2030 at Loup City Municipal Airport (0F4) located near Loup City, Nebraska. Subject to receipt of Federal funding and/or State funding, these projects are prioritized in the order shown below and may include the following: 1. Rehabilitate Runway 16/34, Taxiway, and Apron Pavement. Estimated Construction Cost $360,000. 2. Acquire Snow Removal Equipment. Estimated Construction Cost $335,000. 3. Construct Partial Parallel Taxiway to Runway 34. Estimated Construction Cost $883,100. 4. Construct Hangar. Estimated Construction Cost $1,221,000. 5. Construct Partial Parallel Taxiway to Runway 16. Estimated Construction Cost $1,323,680. These projects have been developed from the Sponsors Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), prepared with assistance from the NDOT Division of Aeronautics. A copy of each project CIP Data Sheet will be made available upon request. The services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, preliminary design, final design, bidding, construction observation, and incidental special services such as geotechnical/subsurface investigations and topographic surveying.
