The work includes the supply of products, materials, equipment, tools and labor necessary to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this specification and in all tender documents. The work includes, where required, any necessary repairs identified during the inspection by the contractor or the CSEM representative. If urgent corrections or repairs are required, the contractor must contact the CSEM representative before proceeding with the corrections. The contractor must indicate their hourly rate for repairs on the Price Schedule. The SEMC will select three (3) contractors based on the lowest compliant price. Work requests will be assigned to the contractor who submitted the lowest price first. If the contractor refuses the assignment, the request will be assigned to the contractor who submitted the second lowest price, and so on. If the first contractor is unable to complete the assignment, the second and/or third contractors will be contacted in order of their respective rankings
