Tower Area NAL Biondich Culvert and Gravel The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the removal and installation of culverts, as well as hauling, spreading and compacting gravel on Biondich State Forest Roads on North Ash Lake. Roads are located approximately 15 miles northwest of the town of Orr. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. You must enter a bid amount in each of the Bid Price Fields. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Expiration date: August 1, 2026, or until all obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled, whichever occurs first.
