Site work, new construction and renovation of a stadium in Head of Jeddore, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for the construction of a stadium.
Multi-Use Rec Facility Spryfield. Scope of work may result in lifecycle upgrades to the Captain William Spry Community centre and the Spryfield Lions Rink, or construction of an all new facility to include a 2-pad arena (NHL sized), double high school level gymnasium, 8-lane 25-meter pool, community multi-purpose spaces, public library, fitness centre and flexible space for youth/seniors programming. TIMELINE: RFP for pre-design services has been awarded. The consultant is to determine facility massing option for multi-use facility or facilities for the Spryfield area. The deliverables will include: a. Review space needs assessment and functional program b. Site analysis and evaluation (4 sites) c. Test Fit Concepts (4 sites) d. Project/Cost Estimates (4 sites) Further update in 2026. *Cost to be defined.
