This project involves paving the entrance and exit approaches at the Ralston Trailhead located along the Palouse to Cascades trail near the town of Ralston, WA. Paving will be approximately 1,440 square feet. This section covers the placement of hot mix asphalt (HMA) for roadways, parking lots, trails, and other areas . The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. FOR THIS PROJECT, VOLUNTARY DIVERSITY GOALS HAVE BEEN SET: 10% for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 6% for Women's Business Enterprises (WBE), 5% for Washington Small Businesses, and 5% for Veteran-owned businesses.
