To ensure that the Municipality is receiving the best possible pricing for this winter maintenance service, the Municipality is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide this service. Qualified companies are required to submit a proposal outlining their business background, the services they provide, demonstrating that they have the resources to meet the terms of this request, and the unit and total prices as noted on the form.
