The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is for full construction services for the replacement of the generator and its enclosure at the RX MCTS, Resolute Bay, Nunavut. Acceptance of new generator building and components delivered via sealift; Transportation of equipment from port to site; Ground preparation and construction of a new concrete slab foundation; Installation and commissioning of the new generator and enclosure; Disconnection and removal of the existing generator building and associated components; Site restoration and disposal of all removed materials at a licensed facility; Electrical disconnection and reconnection, including grounding system modifications; Compliance with environmental protection, health and safety, and quality control requirements.
