This quotation request is to obtain qualified contractors to undertake infrastructure upgrades at two locations: 10 Ashgrove Avenue and 44 Cumberland Drive as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars. Halifax Water is seeking qualified contractors to undertake infrastructure upgrades at two locations: Project: Ashgrove and Cumberland Meter Installation Project Locations: 10 Ashgrove Avenue 44 Cumberland Drive Work Includes: Excavation of 10" and 16" water mains Installation of precast manhole chambers and meters (10" at Ashgrove, 16" at Cumberland) Trenching and installation of two 50mm conduits for power and communications Reinstatement of asphalt, concrete, landscaping Traffic control during shutdowns Materials: Halifax Water supplies: meters, chambers, adapter fittings Contractor supplies: pipe, dressers, other fittings, and materials All respondents should have a vendor account with Halifax Water's electronic bidding system at: https://halifaxwater.bonfirehub.com Questions Due Date: Oct 2nd 2025, 2:00 PM ADT Documents can be obtained from https://halifaxwater.bonfirehub.com/Opportunities/97973
