The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to fully rehabilitate the lift station located at the Wister Lake Project Office in Wister, Oklahoma (Le Flore County). The scope of work includes the upgrade of an existing 3-phase power waste management system, installation of a new 1,000-gallon solids tank that will drain into the existing tank, and installation of a high-efficiency water pump in the existing tank to pump uphill to the sewer lagoon. The tank lid hinges will be inspected and repaired to restore full operability and safety. A new streamlined control panel will be installed to enhance operational performance and reliability. Prior to installation, all obsolete components, specifically the existing railing and pump, will be carefully dismantled and removed from the existing tank. Disposal of these items will be conducted in compliance with all federal, state, and environmental safety laws and regulations. The Estimated Magnitude of Construction for This Project is Less Than $25,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 45 calendar days.
